As a confidence and empowerment coach, I help you to manage feelings of grief, guilt, resentment, overwhelm, anger and fear. We will focus on all aspects of mindset, including, but not limited to: increasing insight and awareness, identifying and examining limiting beliefs, and reframing perspectives. In addition, I help to improve your communication skills, giving you new ways to confidently show up with personal strength and dignity.
Taking action to help your child and the entire family thrive, will help you to feel empowered, safe, and at peace. With tailored tools and strategies, you can effectively and powerfully communicate and confidently advocate for your needs and the needs of your entire family.
Consulting Services
As a family, school division, and corporation consultant, I focus on empowering individuals, families, and teams with the knowledge and resources needed to enhance educational and workplace practices and outcomes that create a more supportive and inclusive landscape for all individuals with disabilities. My customized consultative services include but are not limited to: providing education, support, feedback, and guidance to families regarding the intricacies of special education, collaborating with school divisions to create and deliver training and instructional coaching, and providing disability awareness, inclusivity education, and training to corporations and providers.
